On March 27, 2015, APCS Team was engaged in an outdoor event which was conducted as the company Team Building activity. Our Bali Team and Sampit Team, which gathered for an official occasion in Bali, went to conquer the rapid stream of Telagawaja River, in Karangasem, Bali. The weather was nice and the stream was good. 18 people were divided into 5 boats – 5 teams, fully equipped and safety assured. This activity required good individual skill and teamwork. Each team member had to be able to work hard and support for the team’s progress. We were racing with each other, passing big rocks, and jumping into 4 meters waterfall in the end. Eventually, everybody won the race because we had been able to perform good teamwork and proved that our company team was the best.
